Our Mission:
Fewer arguments and better use of digital media in families with children.
Digital media are:
- Devices: Smartphones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, voice assistants,...
- Content: Video games, apps, videos, social media...
In many families, parents and children argue about this. For example:
- How long can I be online?
- Do I get a new video game?
- Can I use TikTok?
- Am I allowed to use WhatsApp?
- …
What is it all about?
We want to work with you to find solutions to help families deal with digital media in a more relaxed way. To do this, we would like to hear from you:
- How do you use digital media in your family?
- What problems do you have?
- What solutions do you have?
We are particularly interested in your solutions. We would like to collect them and share them here with other families: Tips.

Who can take part?
Families with children from 0-16 years.
How long does it take?
30-45 minutes
How does it work?
Each family visits 3 stations and collects their results in photos:
Station 1: Media and digital in our family
How do we use digital? What works well? What are we arguing about? What do we expect from each other? What rules do we have?
Our team will accompany you and give you lots of good tips.
Station 2: Collect tips

Station 3: Exchange with other families
At the third station, families can exchange ideas, play games, explore digital technology and make new contacts.
